For damaged physical products, your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date.
For non-damaged physical products, your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date.
If the raffle you have entered is still open, your request must be made within 30 days of the order date.
If the raffle you have entered is closed, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or return.
All returns must be approved via email at [email protected] and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We offer free return shipping labels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and it will take 1 to 7 business days before you see the credit on your card used.
