SPEED JUNKIES HQ RETURN & SWEEPSTAKES POLICY

Made-to-Order Only

All products from Speed Junkies HQ are made to order. We do not hold inventory. Each item is produced specifically for your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where the item you receive is defective or an error was made on our part. “Buyer’s remorse,” ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind does not qualify.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, contact us at info@speedjunkieshq.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Sweepstakes Entry Finality

Once an order is placed, all sweepstakes entries are immediately and automatically assigned to your profile. We cannot and will not add, remove, or adjust entries for any reason after the order is processed. This ensures fairness, compliance, and transparency for all customers.

No Modifications

Orders cannot be altered, merged, split, or canceled once submitted. All sales are final.
